We take the time on your first visit to properly diagnose any immediate dental concerns, and review your medical and dental history. Your first appointment will also include an exam and creating a treatment plan for your optimal oral health. We consider your first visit to be the beginning of a long-term relationship with us. What to Expect Before Your First Appointment

We’d like to make every appointment here at Love Dental, especially your first appointment, as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. To ensure all your financial questions can be answered at the time of the appointment, our Office Manager Tracy will be giving you a call prior to your appointment to get some necessary information including your insurance information. You will also be receiving an email link to pre-fill your personal and medical information. Filling these out ahead of time will ensure your wait time will be as minimal as possible.

Your first appointment here at Love Dental will be comprehensive in every sense of the word. We like to be as thorough as possible because dentistry is preventable, or at least cost-effective, in the early stages. We like to catch potential problems and inform you as soon as possible before they become bigger and costlier. During your first appointment, you can expect:

• An office tour
• Full mouth series of X-rays
• Complimentary state of the art 3D Cone Beam CT
• Complimentary panoramic X-ray
• Complimentary wellness scan with a Trios scanner to analyze your bite
• Complimentary cancer screening
• Thorough discussion of any findings and a Q&A session for your benefit
• Thorough discussion about the type of professional cleaning that’s best for you and your health*

*Please note that your first appointment usually does not include a cleaning, as the doctor needs to first determine the best type of cleaning for you.

Please come prepared with questions big or small and our team will answer them all for you. We set aside a full 90 minutes exclusively for you so we can give you our full attention. Your comfort and experience are our top priority so if there is anything we can do to improve your experience please let us know.
